The new edition of the biennial series on drying processes and equipment, includes full papers, keynote lectures of world wide acknowledged scientists and a review paper of the activities of the previous ten International Drying Symposia. In the three volumes of this edition, 272 papers from academia and industry and from various disciplines are presented, covering almost all aspects of drying. Emphasis is focused to industrial drying equipment and applications in two special sections.
